The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. The refund time between return and refund can vary between 7 and 30 days.

A. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
